Day to day activities
• Control
confirmations of new groups (quality and price)
• Push
pending bookings
• Perform
changes as per Agent’s requests including pre-final adjustments
• Research
and reply to Agent’s miscellaneous operational requests via Sales Office
Operations
• Prepare
invoices and credit notes including local negotiations as necessary
• Check purchase
orders
• Finalize
and print final travel documents
• Support
Sales Office Operations with trouble-shooting for tours currently ‘on the road’
Other activities
• Support
local service account queries
• Keeping
abreast of business forecast, reading meeting minutes and other relevant
information from our Sales and
Operations
management
• Attendance
at Operations team meetings and other meetings as required
• Meet and
greet visitors as required
• Overtime
may occasionally be necessary during peak times.
Internal

open and effective communication with the Sales Office, Operation office,
suppliers
• Collaboration
with Sales and Hotel teams
• Price and
condition negotiations with Sales and Europe Office Team, and European suppliers.

tourism sector

systems including: Microsoft WORD,
Excel,
Powerpoint, Outlook
• Excellent
command of written & spoken English communication and of local language.
Knowledge of Chinese advantage.
The position will involve working from Jakarta,
communicating with our worldwide offices and suppliers via email, telephone and
the internal Supplier On Line reservations system.
The role will report into the respective market supervisor.
